How long after sending my documents will it take before I complete the vetting process?
Once you have submitted your documents we need to review them and ensure they match our requirements. This will normally take up to one working day.
After the vetting process, how long do I wait till my first booking?
You do not have to wait! You can accept your first booking as soon as you are on the system.
Do you charge for joining your platform?
No, the on boarding process is completely free. We only charge commission on every job that you choose to accept. this commission covers marketing, insurance, customer service and any other costs that are incurred.
What qualification do i need to have to join Michanic?
We require that you provide your MerSeta Motor Mechanics trade certificate or equivalent and at least 5 years experience.
I don’t have any formal training or qualifications, can I join?
We understand that some mechanics may have worked in the trade for many years but do not have formal training or qualifications. We consider these applications on a case by case basis, so it is still worth applying.
How do I get paid and how long do I wait until I get paid?
Payments are completed weekly and are paid into your nominated bank account.
How many bookings will I get if I join the network?
It depends on several things. How far are you willing to travel, what your availability looks like and your ratings. We however confident that you will get a lot of jobs from the platform and increase your earnings.
