Where does the work happen?
Wherever your car is parked. Most jobs are done in a driveway, a parking bay or on the street outside an office. We bring the tools, the parts and the oil. You need about two to three hours for a service and a safe place to park.
Is the price the same in every area?
Yes. A service is priced on your car, not your postcode, and the price you are quoted is the price you pay. Parts, oil and labour are all in that figure, and we agree it with you before anyone touches the car.
Will my service book be stamped?
Yes. Your book is stamped and you also get a digital service record you can send to a buyer or an insurer. The work carries a 6 month or 6,000 km workmanship warranty, whichever comes first.
Can you still help if my car will not start?
Yes, and it is one of the most common reasons people call us, because the car cannot get to a workshop in the first place. We diagnose it where it stands and tell you what it needs before we do anything.
