Cancellation Policy:

We understand that sometimes circumstances may change, and you may need to cancel a scheduled job. To ensure a smooth cancellation process, we have implemented the following cancellation policy:

Cancellation 24 hours before the scheduled job:

A cancellation fee of R50 will be applied to cover transaction costs.
Cancellation less than 24 hours but greater than 4 hours before the scheduled job:

A cancellation fee of R200 will be applied.
Late cancellation, within 4 hours of the allocated job time:

An extra late cancellation fee of R400 will be levied.
To cancel a job, please follow these steps:

Open the job email you received from us.
Click on the “Manage Booking” button within the email.
You will be directed to our online booking management system.
Find the job you wish to cancel and click on the cancellation option.
Follow the prompts to confirm your cancellation.
Please note the following important points:

Cancellations should be made through our Manage Booking site as described above.
The cancellation fee will be deducted from any refund owed to you, if applicable.
Cancellations made due to unforeseen circumstances or emergencies may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
