Where and how do I leave a review for the mechanic?
After any work is completed and charged by the mechanic you will receive an email and a sms with a link where you can leave a review for the mechanic.
The repair on my car was carried out incorrectly, how can this be resolved?
In first instance always try to resolve any issues with the mechanic directly. Should the mechanic not offer an acceptable resolution it is possible to request Michanic to mediate between both parties to come to a resolution. Based on the information provided by you and the mechanic we will by all means endeavour to reach an acceptable solution for both parties involved.
I had my car repaired by a mechanic from Michanic but the same problem has returned. I’m unhappy, what to do now?
In first instance you should always try to resolve any issues that arise after a repair with the mechanic directly. Should an amicable solution not be offered by the mechanic then it is possible for Michanic to help mediate the process to reach an acceptable solution to the matter for both parties involved; you and the mechanic.
The repair was carried out, but something was damaged in the process, how can I request an investigation?
Where possible try and resolve any problems with the individual mechanic. It can always be that there has been a misunderstanding. If the possible damage is not addressed in an acceptable manner please contact us, we will launch an investigation accordingly.
I’m not happy with the service I received, who will help me?
If the problem is related to the work we would advise to resolve any issues with the mechanic directly. Should the mechanic not offer an acceptable solution, then it is possible to have the Michanic support team mediate a resolution for you.
If you are not happy with the service offered with the booking process then please get in touch with us! Michanic shall open an investigation to get any issue resolved for you as soon as possible.

If the repair on your car was not completed due to unforeseen circumstances, then please contact our customer service team. We will launch an investigation accordingly.
I am not satisfied with the service the mechanic provided, how do we proceed?
In first instance, if you are unhappy with the job the mechanic did please try to resolve the issue with the individual mechanic where possible. If you cannot reach an agreement with the mechanic you are unhappy with the mechanic, it is possible to escalate this to the Michanic team to help resolve with our contact centre on 0878039000.
We will launch an investigation and will make a decision as to how to continue, based on the information provided by both sides.
